From 01 April 2021, Euroclear Finland will exempt CCPs from “settlement period extension fees”. In response to this change, effective 01 April 2021, LCH Ltd EquityClear will reduce the fixed penalty fail fee for settlements in Euroclear Finland to £20 per failed settlement, per day (from £65). This change will be reflected on member invoices sent in May 2021.
