  • LSEG’s Coal Flows and Lineups dataset brings together coal movement and lineup intelligence from multiple trusted sources for energy market participants. We make the content available through Flows Explorer, Flows Monitor and Trade Flows in Workspace to support monitoring of physical coal activity.
  • We organise records using a controlled dimensional model covering business data element definitions, dimension identifiers, dimension names and detailed descriptions of dimensions and elements. LSEG supports analysis across geography-style hierarchies with element IDs, level IDs, names, short names, abbreviations and source matching references.
  • Our coal flows content helps traders, analysts and logistics teams assess shipment patterns, port lineups and trade-flow signals alongside broader coal fundamentals. We align identifiers such as unique primary keys, referenced dimension data IDs and PermID-linked elements to simplify integration with LSEG workflows.
  • LSEG curates multilingual and name-type metadata, including language codes, language names, full names, short names and group descriptions, to improve discoverability and consistency.
