LSEG Workspace launches external pilots for new gen AI feature
LSEG Workspace has launched its first generative AI (gen AI) feature for external pilots. This is a significant step towards transforming user experience by enabling users to discover, visualise and share data and analytics using natural language.
Initial use cases include discovering financial information about funds and performing fund research in English language.
LSEG Workspace offers powerful financial data and insights across multiple apps and navigation menus. This dispersion makes discovering relevant and contextualised data and analytics time-consuming for our users. More importantly, user paradigm is evolving. Traditional app and navigation-based interactions are being replaced by more natural, language-based conversations facilitated by generative AI. Users now expect intuitive, conversational interfaces that can understand and respond to their queries effectively.
