Streamlined access with Microsoft Entra authentication
Microsoft Entra authentication provides a simpler and more secure way to access LSEG Workspace. By signing in with your organisation's existing Entra ID credentials, users benefit from seamless single sign-on and reduced password fatigue, while administrators gain greater control over authentication and reduced risk of unauthorised access.
Entra authentication simplifies and improves user admin and management. Quickly access trading, analytics and messaging workflows with one login across Workspace and integrated apps. Through a familiar Microsoft-based login, users experience secure, reliable access wherever they work, with reduced sign-ins and fewer disruptions.
The enhancements enable a single, secure identity layer across Workspace and connected workflows. Entra authentication provides seamless access to capabilities across the Workspace ecosystem, including LSEG Workspace for Microsoft Teams with Open Directory, and the M365 Productivity suite with Excel and Copilot.
Enhanced performance and interoperability with HERE Core
HERE Core desktop technology streamlines the delivery of LSEG Workspace updates, improving security, patching and overall performance. It creates more connected workflows through advanced window docking and industry-standard FDC3 interoperability with supported applications. It also enables organisations to integrate proprietary applications with Workspace.
