London Stock Exchange Group plc Strategic Partnership with Microsoft – Directorate Change
London Stock Exchange Group plc (“LSEG”) today announces that, further to its announcement of 12 December 2022 with respect to its 10-year strategic partnership with Microsoft Corporation (“Microsoft”), Scott Guthrie has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Board of LSEG with effect from 1 February 2023. Scott will also join the Nomination Committee. The information in this paragraph is provided in accordance with the notification requirement of LR.9.6.12R of the FCA’s Listing Rules.

Scott is currently Microsoft’s Executive Vice President, Cloud and AI Group, and has previously held a number of senior roles at Microsoft.
