Directorate Change
David Nish has indicated his intention to step down from the Board of London Stock Exchange Group and will leave at the end of November. The Board is grateful to him for his counsel over recent years.
Paul Heiden will reassume the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee until he retires, after approximately 9 years’ service, in 2019.
