- UBO Check combines beneficial ownership data from Dun & Bradstreet or Sayari with LSEG World-Check risk intelligence. It supports ownership data for companies in more than 220 countries and dependent territories, with insights into corporate entities, beneficial owners and 430+ million ownership connections.
- The solution helps customers assess ownership and controllership relationships as part of KYC, customer due diligence, onboarding, refresh and third-party risk workflows, especially where ownership structures are complex, fragmented or jurisdiction-specific.
- UBO Check is available through the World-Check One UI and API. Users can visualise relationships, ownership share and paths to the target entity, create linked cases, add notes, delegate activity and mark cases for review or refresh.
