Description of the dataset

• LSEG provides Web News and Global Press coverage for users monitoring international news sources and press content across global markets. Our coverage is aligned to International Sources and supports both published and not published delivery models.• We structure source content with Series metadata, observations and release calendar information to support normalized access and interpretation. This enables customers to connect news and press signals with time series, economic and market context.• Our data dictionary uses broad classification fields including Dow Jones economic sector, industry group and market sector, alongside DGCat, UCI, UCY, ESCat and NACE taxonomies. LSEG uses these standardized tags to improve content discovery, filtering and integration across analytical and workflow environments.
