Description of the dataset
- LSEG delivers fund flow intelligence that measures money moving into and out of mutual funds and ETFs across global markets. We provide estimated net flows, gross inflows, gross outflows and assets under management at fund and share class level.
- Our fund flow coverage supports daily, weekly and monthly analysis, with rollups by Lipper classification, category, domicile and region. We provide more than 200,000 daily flow observations, with daily flow history available from August 1, 2012 for non-US funds and from 1992 for US funds.
- We standardize each record with Lipper identifiers and common security keys such as ISIN, SEDOL and CUSIP. LSEG enables clients to link flows with holdings, prices, performance and benchmarks for attribution, liquidity monitoring and competitive analysis.
- Our historical time series help investment, distribution and research teams identify demand patterns across funds and market segments. We support product research, market share analysis and fund industry monitoring through consistent flow analytics.
