Description of the dataset
- LSEG maps corporate family structures to help clients understand how legal entities are connected across complex organizations. We identify immediate parents, ultimate parents, subsidiaries and multi-level relationship paths for hierarchy and control analysis.
- Our hierarchy content captures ownership percentages, relationship types, hierarchy levels, control indicators and effective date ranges. We help risk, compliance and finance teams perform exposure aggregation, rollups and lineage tracing across corporate groups.
- We standardize entities and relationships using identifiers such as LEIs, registration numbers and internal keys, supported by jurisdiction and status attributes. LSEG structures this relationship intelligence for integration into counterparty risk, regulatory reporting and enterprise entity master workflows.
