LSEG provides the StarMine Insider Filings Model for US companies, using insider holdings and insider trading activity to assess insider sentiment. Our 1-100 scoring framework identifies bearish signals at the low end and bullish signals at the high end.
We evaluate insider sentiment across three dimensions: agreement among insiders, buying depth and selling depth. LSEG converts these inputs into component scores and combines them into a single company-level ranking.
