Raheela Fernandes
Head of Training Services

Raheela joined UnaVista in May 2015 and has over 10 years of experience as a Technical Trainer and developer.  In the past, Raheela has worked primarily within the Legal and Accountancy sectors, developing, implementing and ultimately training end users on different CMS, PMS and CRM systems.

Raheela's current responsibilities include the design and delivery of all external (client and partner) training programs supporting UnaVista's current products as well as the future product roadmap.  Raheela is also responsible for design and delivery of all internal employee training programs from new hire training to continuous employee development.  Raheela worked as an English Teacher after graduatng with honors in English Literature and Language.

Andre Da Silva
e-Learning Content Designer and Training Assistant

Andre joined UnaVista in April 2019 and has over 2 years of experience as an e-Learning Content Developer and Training Admin within Learning and Development.  In the past, Andre has worked primarily within the Retail sector, scoping, developing and implementing e-Learning content to over 5000 employees.

Andre’ s current responsibilities include the design and implementation of external/internal e-Learning content in line with relevant post trade regimes and internal soft skills e-Learning content creation.  Andre is also responsible for overseeing the preparation of the in-house classroom courses as well as exams on the various regulatory regimes.  Andre has a first class Degree with honours in Tourism & Business Management.

Michael Sarpong
Customer Support Analyst

Michael joined the London Stock Exchange in December 2014 working within the UnaVista Support team as a Customer Support Analyst.

Michael's role within the Support team includes resolving client queries with regards to all UnaVista products as well as delivering face to face technical training on all UnaVista products including MiFIR and EMIR .  Michael, in partnership with her colleagues Claudia Antwi-Ntim, Natasha Van Abbe and Damien Terry, presents the fortnightly UnaVista MiFIR and EMIR Platform Technical Training WebEx sessions for both existing and new UnaVista clients.

 

Damien Terry
Senior Analyst, Client Support

Damien joined the London Stock Exchange in February 2008 working within the Regulatory News Service. He then moved to UnaVista as a Customer Support Analyst in January 2016.

Damien works mainly with UnaVista’s biggest clients, in resolving their production queries across a number of regulations. Damien is also responsible for on-boarding clients for both the EMIR and MiFIR regulatory Platforms.  Damien, in partnership with Michael Sarpong presents the fortnightly WebEx training sessions for both existing and new UnaVista clients.

 

Anish Mohan
Customer Support Analyst

Anish joined the London Stock Exchange in December 2017 as part of the UnaVista Support team.  Anish's role involves dealing with technical client queries, maintaining system stability and monitoring performance across all of the UnaVista products.

Whilst working at the London Stock Exchange Anish has acquired a breadth of knowledge across multiple regulations and products including those covered by EMIR and MiFIR.

In partnership with his other colleagues, Anish presents the WebEx platform training across the different platforms.
