Raheela Fernandes
Head of Training Services

Raheela joined UnaVista in May 2015 and has over 7 years of experience as a Technical Trainer and developer.  In the past, Raheela has worked primarily within the Legal and Accountancy sectors, developing, implementing and ultimately training end users on different CMS, PMS and CRM systems.

Raheela's current responsibilities include the design and delivery of all external (client and partner) training programs supporting UnaVista's current products as well as the future product roadmap.  Raheela is also responsible for design and delivery of all internal employee training programs from new hire training to continuous employee development.  Raheela qualifed as a teacher after graduatng with honors in English.

David Nowell
Senior Compliance Advisor

David Nowell is the Senior Compliance Advisor for UnaVista at the London Stock Exchange. He has over 20 years financial services experience on both sides of the regulatory fence, having worked previously for the FSA, Reuters and Credit Suisse.  David was a Technical Specialist within the Transaction Monitoring Unit at the FSA, where he was responsible for shaping the transaction reporting rules and providing guidance to UK firms. David was the FSA’s representative on transaction reporting in Europe for a number of years.

David is the Compliance Officer and lead subject matter expert for the UnaVista Trade Repository, both helping customers with the reporting of all derivatives asset classes and ensuring the UnaVista Trade Repository complies with the EMIR requirements. David has also introduced an industry accredited diploma training course on the subjects of MiFID and EMIR transaction reporting to help the industry improve the quality of reporting standards. This year, UnaVista will expand it’s offerings into other reporting regulations such as MIFIR and AIFMD which again David will be taking a leadership position on behalf of LSEG/UnaVista.

Claudia Antwi-Ntim
Customer Support Lead

Claudia joined the London Stock Exchange in May 2015 working within the UnaVista Support team as a Client Support Lead.

Claudia’s role within the Support team includes on-boarding new clients to both the MiFIR and EMIR Platforms as well as resolving client queries with regards to all UnaVista products.  Claudia, in partnership with her colleagues Michael Sarpong, Natasha Van Abbe and Damien Terry, presents the fortnightly UnaVista MiFIR and EMIR Platform Technical Training WebEx sessions for both existing and new UnaVista clients.

Michael Sarpong
Customer Support Analyst

Michael joined the London Stock Exchange in December 2014 working within the UnaVista Support team as a Customer Support Analyst.

Michael's role within the Support team includes resolving client queries with regards to all UnaVista products as well as delivering face to face technical training on all UnaVista products including MiFIR and EMIR .  Michael, in partnership with her colleagues Claudia Antwi-Ntim, Natasha Van Abbe and Damien Terry, presents the fortnightly UnaVista MiFIR and EMIR Platform Technical Training WebEx sessions for both existing and new UnaVista clients.

 

Natasha Van Abbe
Customer Support Lead

Natasha joined the London Stock Exchange in November 2016 working within the UnaVista Support team as a Client Support Lead.

Natash's role within the Support team includes resolving client queries with regards to all UnaVista products and active customer relationship management.  Natasha, in partnership with her colleagues Claudia Antwi-Ntim, Michael Sarpong and Damien Terry, presents the fortnightly UnaVista MiFIR and EMIR Platform Technical Training WebEx sessions for both existing and new UnaVista clients.

 

Damien Terry
Customer Support Analyst

Damien joined the London Stock Exchange in February 2018 working within the UnaVista Support team as a Customer Support Analyst.

Damien's role within the Support team includes resolving client queries with regards to all UnaVista products including MiFIR and pport EMIR .  Damien, in partnership with his colleagues Claudia Antwi-Ntim, Michael Sarpong and Natasha Van Abbe presents the fortnightly UnaVista MiFIR and EMIR Platform Technical Training WebEx sessions for both existing and new UnaVista clients.
