The FTSE Dividend Growth Index Series is designed to represent the performance of companies that have successfully maintained or increased their dividend payments based on the FTSE All-World Index, which includes large and mid cap stocks across developed and emerging markets in the FTSE Global Equity Index Series (GEIS).
The index series can be used for benchmarking purposes and as a tool in the creation of index-tracking funds, exchange traded funds (ETFs) and derivatives.

FTSE All-World ex US Dividend Growth Index
The FTSE All-World ex US Dividend Growth Index represents the performance of companies that have successfully maintained or increased their dividend payments over a period of five years based on the FTSE All-World ex US Index, which includes large and mid cap stocks across Developed and Emerging markets, excluding the US.
FTSE USA Dividend Growth Index
The FTSE USA Dividend Growth Index represents the performance of companies that have successfully maintained or increased their dividend payments over a period of five years based on the FTSE USA Index, which includes US large and mid cap stocks that are constituents of the FTSE All-World Index.
FTSE Canada Dividend Growth Index
The FTSE Canada Dividend Growth Index represents the performance of companies that have successfully maintained or increased their dividend payments over a period of five years based on the FTSE Canada Index, which includes large and mid cap Canadian companies that are constituents of the FTSE All-World Index.
FTSE Developed Europe Dividend Growth Index
The FTSE Developed Europe Dividend Growth Index represents the performance of companies that have successfully maintained or increased their dividend payments over a period of five years based on the FTSE Developed Europe Index, which includes large and mid cap stocks across developed markets in Europe.

The FTSE Global Dividend Growth Index Series provides suitable benchmarks and analysis tools for market participants focused on large- and mid-cap consistent dividend growth stocks across developed and emerging markets.
The methodology combines a market cap weighting and a company level capping approach resulting in a better diversified index.
Securities with zero annual dividend per share through the last fiscal years prior to the cut-off date are excluded. Securities that do not have data to calculate five years of annual dividend per share change are excluded.
