Designed to represent the breadth and depth of the evolving ASEAN equity market landscape, the FTSE ASEAN Extended Index Series reflects the performance of stocks from the eligible southeast Asian countries represented in the FTSE Global All Cap Index (GEIS) and the FTSE Frontier Index Series (Frontier). Eligible southeast countries include Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand from GEIS and Vietnam from Frontier.
Launched in 2023, the FTSE ASEAN Extended Index Series provides a comprehensive and transparent series of benchmarks for the performance of large, mid, and small cap equity securities from eligible southeast Asian countries - broad market benchmarks as well as indices designed to be used as the basis for index-linked products are included in the series.
We also have the FTSE ASEAN Extended All Cap Shariah Index available, which is designed to reflect the Shariah compliant FTSE ASEAN Extended companies as screened by Yasaar.
