When we heard about the 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain project, we were immediately keen to get involved. A huge part of our business focuses on helping medium-sized companies grow, by working with them to overcome the challenges that they face. We also provide these businesses with the support they need when reaching key milestones in their lifecycle.

As a Capita division, we are well established and form part of a FTSE 100 organisation. However, in both mindset and delivery, we retain our entrepreneurialism – Capita has grown significantly in a relatively short space of time, largely by acquiring small, fast-moving specialists to help us respond to changing markets and client needs. We are familiar with the challenges that rapidly growing companies face, because we have been there ourselves and we’ve supported businesses in overcoming these hurdles.

Service is extremely important to the success of any business and it’s often the key differentiator for smaller companies. As your business changes, you often need the help of external suppliers; that means taking a leap of faith, as you’re putting yourself in a stranger’s hands.
