Further to LCH Circular No 4316 [1], the LCH amendment process with respect to “IMM CAD” SwapClear Contracts will occur on 25 July 2024 [2].
With regards to the treatment of such SwapClear Contracts, LCH will implement the approach articulated in LCH Circular No 4308 [3].
