At LSEG, we’re building a culture where everyone can thrive and our Women in Technology Network (WINTech) is a key part of that mission. WINTech is a global, inclusive community that empowers women and allies in engineering to grow, connect and lead.

Launched in 2022 as part of our broader Women’s Inspired Network (WIN), WINTech fosters retention, visibility, and progression of women in tech roles. It’s led by passionate volunteers and supported by senior leaders, creating space for visibility, progression and belonging.

WINTech is an opportunity for each of us to support inclusion and diversity in Engineering – as participants, as allies, as mentors, as colleagues.

From coding workshops and mentoring programmes to speaker panels and outreach events, WINTech offers opportunities to learn, share and inspire. Initiatives like Girls into Coding, She Shines, and partnerships with Code First Girls and Women in Data help us champion the next generation of engineers.

Beyond WINTech, new joiners can connect with a range of employee-led networks that celebrate identity, foster inclusion and build community. These networks are; Accessibility, Asian Affinity, Black Employees Inspired Networking Group (BEING), Latinxs for Empowerment, Advancement & Development (LEAD), Multi-Faith, Pride, Veterans Support, Women Inspired and Working Families.

The LSEG Foundation helps people from underserved communities’ access economic opportunities and build a secure future with financial independence. Working with charity and NGO partners, the LSEG Foundation delivers a range of programmes across the globe, enabling economic empowerment through education, employment and enterprise.

Whether it’s helping girls stay in school longer, guiding young adults into secure work, supporting a just transition to a net zero economy or supporting disaster relief efforts, LSEG Foundation programmes are designed to meet local needs and drive meaningful change. 

As part of your benefits, you’ll have two paid volunteering days in addition to your annual leave. There are many opportunities to use these, including events organised by the LSEG Foundation through its charity partners.
