Following LCH’s Rule Change Committee meeting on 29 March 2023, LCH is proposing the following rulebook changes, which are available on the LCH portal at https://clearingservices.lch.com/portal/login. Please look in the Document Library within the Knowledge Centre section of the portal under the folder “LCH – General Ltd – Member” and then the sub-folder “Rulebook”.

Title Services Impacted

Item 155 – Miscellaneous changes relating to LIBOR conversion (SwapClear) where:

- set one is scheduled to become effective on 24 April 2023;
- set two is scheduled to become effective on 22 May 2023:
- set three is scheduled to become effective on 12 June 2023; and
- set four is scheduled to become effective on 1 July 2024.
