Further to circular 4091 of 29 April 2020, LCH is writing to inform Clearing Members of an extension to the consultation period of one week for the rule changes entitled “RFR PAI and Discounting Transition.” The consultation period will now close on 3 June 2020.
Clearing members that wish to comment on the proposed LCH rulebook changes should email rulebook@lch.com. If you have any general questions on LCH rulebook changes, please contact your usual LCH contact. Please note that all LCH rulebook changes remain subject to regulatory approval and internal LCH risk approval.
