Dear Clearing Member,
LCH is pleased to announce that it will be supporting the bonds issued as part of the European Union’s SURE programme, which will provide temporary support to mitigate unemployment risks resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic.
Bonds issued as part of the scheme will be eligible as acceptable collateral at LCH Ltd, allowing members to use SURE bonds to cover their margin obligations. Concentration limits will apply. Please refer to our website for more details.
