FTSE Russell is pleased to inform index users of a new relationship with Real Estate ESG Data provider Measurabl. Measurabl is the world’s most widely adopted data management solution for real estate, with over 17 billion square feet of real estate assessed over 93 countries driving their investment grade machine learning data model. This model provides energy, carbon, green building certifications, risk and ordinance metrics across listed real estate companies. More information is available on the Measurabl website.
FTSE Russell will be incorporating Measurabl Data into the existing EPRA Nareit Green Index Series and EPRA Nareit Green Target Index methodologies, transitioning in 2024. We are also excited to work on new index opportunities with Measurabl in the listed real estate climate space.
