IRC Announcement: Q3 2021 Trading Update

 

Petropavlovsk PLC (the "Company") notes that IRC Limited ("IRC"), a producer and developer of industrial commodities in which the Company is a significant shareholder (31.1%), today released its Q3 2021 trading update for the three months ended 30 September 2021.

Petropavlovsk acts as guarantor in relation to the obligations of K&S, a wholly owned IRC subsidiary, under two loan facility agreements with Gazprombank. During the third quarter of 2021, IRC paid a total of c.US$77.9 million to Gazprombank as loan principal repayment and interest, of which c.US$70 million were early principal repayments. US$0.5 million were also paid to Petropavlovsk PLC as guarantee fee.

As of 30 September 2021, K&S's total debt outstanding to Gazprombank amounted to approximately US$118 million.
