Third party aggregators:

Service providers that offer clients an aggregated service that collates their data and routes it in the correct format to the clients chosen ESMA approved TR, may interface with the UnaVista Trade Repository. UnaVista will therefore offer this service provider licence to any organisation, provided that the service provider compiles their client’s data into the standard UnaVista format, and that they own the relationship with their clients, including the ability to amend data.

Technical Router

A Technical router is a data provider sending information to the TR on behalf of a client, often they are third parties, OMS or platforms who are not involved in the exception process but send client data on the request of the client. UV contracts with and bills the client not the technical router

  • Technical router doesn’t wish to be involved in the Billing, UV bills each client directly
    • Technical router cost – 0
    • Client cost – See “standard pricing”

Assisted Reporting

Assisted Reporting is a model where one firm provides all or part of the data that another firm wishes to utilise for the purpose of reporting, the data supplier doesn’t wish to be a party to the trade or to be involved in the reporting process, the party receiving the data has the obligation to ensure the report is complete and correct, sending it to the TR once they are happy with the completed report.  This module offers a no charge option to ‘flip’ the trade to create the counterparty’s record.

  • Cost to data submitter – no cost
  • Cost to data receiver
    • If reporting to UV TR – 0, covered in TR fees
    • If routing to another TR – Standard pricing applies

The module is view and extract ONLY.  As with all standard services, any data enrichment requires Rules Engine license.

Rules Engine

The rules engine costs are listed below. Rules engine is our bespoke ancillary service that allows firms to enrich, augment and re-format their data to comply with the required regulatory standards. A rules engine customer will be provided with a professional services liaison for configuration work, this is chargeable on a time and materials basis

Standard Rules Engine Annual license (based on complexity and volumes of the engagement):

  • Small £25,000 / €30,000  : Single feed
  • Medium £50,000 / €60,000  : 1-5 feeds
  • Large £75K+ / €90,000  : Over 5 feeds

Rules Engine converter

Reporting to the TR can only be completed in ISO20022XML as defined by the regulators, UV offer a “converter” module in the rules engine which takes a standard UV specification flat file and uses it to generate ISO20022XML for reporting to trade repository and provide response messages

  • UV Specification XLS or CSV to XML – £10,000 / €12,000  per annum

SFTR Reference data

SFTR reference data files are available to purchase (daily downloads) for a cost of £35k per annum for SFTR clients and £50k per annum for non-clients. You pay this for use within or outside of the Rules Engine. Rules Engine charges apply.

  • UV Client £35,000 / €42,000
  • Non-UV Client £50,000 / €60,000

SFTR Connectivity

Standard connectivity in the solution is offered at 0 additional cost. Additional connectivity is chargeable. Please contact UnaVista for the specific service costs as currently only MFT is supported.

Portability

Porting into UnaVista Trade Repository (voluntary porting)

When a client requires onboarding from another TR, standard SFTR cost & transaction charges apply for all reports sent to UVTR. Additional Professional Services effort days will be charged as an ad-hoc project if the client wants to port all lifecycles pertaining to the open reports ported to UnaVista TR.

Porting out from UnaVista Trade Repository (voluntary porting)

When a Client needs to off board from UnaVista, billing will apply on a time and material basis at our standard PS daily rate

Porting initiated by a Trade Repository (withdrawal)

No fees will be charged to Clients/TRs in the case where UnaVista would cease its operations. In case of withdrawal of another TR, fees applying to porting in to UnaVista will apply.

LEI Changes (Corporate actions / TR QA40)

Changing LEI’s on reports in UVTR due to a corporate action will require UnaVista to update reports with the historical LEI and allow future submissions via a new LEI. The pricing model for LEI updates is as follows: a £3,200  / €3,840  base fee is charged to account for up to 100.000 records updated, the related administrative tasks, quality assurance and notifications. A further £ 200 / €240   is charged for each subsequent batch of 100.000 records updated.  These charges are one off.

Standard SFTR Transaction charges will apply after the change has taken place from activation date onwards.

Unless stated otherwise, all prices are per annum.
