David Nowell
Head of Industry Relations & Regulatory Compliance, UnaVista
David Nowell is Head of Industry Relations and Regulatory Compliance for UnaVista at the London Stock Exchange. He has over 20 years financial services experience on both sides of the regulatory fence, having worked previously for the FSA, Reuters and Credit Suisse. At Credit Suisse, he was Transaction Reporting Manager, responsible for ensuring compliance across all aspects of the reporting process and advising on new regulatory requirements. Prior to this, David was a Technical Specialist within the Transaction Monitoring Unit at the FSA, where he was responsible for shaping the transaction reporting rules and providing guidance to UK firms. David was the FSA’s representative on transaction reporting in Europe for a number of years where he was intimately engaged in policy negotiations with other regulators, giving him a unique insight into the policy making process and the regulators’ expectations of the industry.
David is the Compliance Officer and lead subject matter expert for the UnaVista Trade Repository, both helping customers with the reporting of all derivatives asset classes and ensuring UnaVista Trade Repository complies with the EMIR requirements. David has also introduced industry accredited training courses on the subjects of both MiFID transaction reporting and EMIR trade reporting to help the industry improve the quality of reporting standards.
Tom Wieczorek
Head of Product Management
Tom is in charge of product strategy for LSEG’s UnaVista post trade regulatory services, including MiFIR ARM and EMIR TR. Tom’s responsibilities include guiding the direction of UnaVista’s solutions and keeping LSEG post trade offerings at the forefront of regulatory, market and technology developments.
Prior to joining LSEG, Tom headed financial services solutions at NexJ, led workforce planning and business intelligence products at Workbrain Inc., and worked in Product Management and Business Development at Siebel Systems. Tom holds an engineering degree from University of Waterloo and an MBA from Queen's School of Business.

Per Loven
Commercial Director
Per Loven is Commercial Director at Boat Services Ltd, a UK based subsidiary of Swedish Fintech, Cinnober Financial Technology (CINN.ST) joining in 2016. Per is leading the strategic direction of the firm, focusing on market structure and developing and maintaining Boat’s existing loyal customer base, leveraging relationships to execute business strategies.
Prior to this, Per spent 9 years at Liquidnet, a leading Institutional electronic block trading network. As the Head of International Corporate Strategy his focus was to create and deliver corporate strategies for Liquidnet members to aid them to achieve best execution, as well as overseeing strategic initiatives, new product offerings and liquidity strategy for Liquidnet in EMEA.
Per also spent over six years at SimCorp as Head of Pre-Sales and has pursued various other consultancy roles.
He holds a Master (MSc) degree in International Business Administration and Economics from Lund University and a Bachelor degree in Finance from ESCP Europe. Per is also contributing to various industry wide publications regularly.

Anne Marie Pidgeon
Team Leader on MiFID / MiFIR Transaction Reporting
Anne Marie Pidgeon is team leader on MiFID / MiFIR transaction reporting in the Central Bank of Ireland. Anne Marie has worked in a number of regulatory roles in the Central Bank and was in charge of MIFID authorisations prior to taking over the transaction reporting team three years ago.’

Matthew Vincent
GM EMEA Regulatory Services, Industry & Regulatory Liaison and QAR
Matthew Vincent is a Director in Global Markets Regulatory Services with responsibility for MiFID Transaction Reporting, Quality Assurance and Industry Liaison at Credit Suisse.
He joined Credit Suisse from Barclays Bank where he was a Director in Operations Compliance responsible for oversight of FCA Transaction Reporting and EMIR Trade Repository Reporting.
Before working in Regulatory Reporting and Compliance, Matthew has held a number of roles at Citi and at Credit Suisse as a Business Analyst and Project Manager. He now has over 10 years of Regulatory Reporting experience.
Matthew is Chair of the BBA FCA Transaction Reporting Policy Working Group and is a member of the Consultative Working Group supporting the European Supervision and Markets Authority’s Market Data Reporting working group.
He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Securities Institute.
