In order to improve the overall transparency and an accurate understanding of CC&G governance, operations and risk management framework, CC&G provides:
- the updated version of the “Disclosure Framework for FMIs” document, in compliance with the Key Consideration 5, Principle 23, provided by the CPSS-IOSCO report “Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures” (PFMI) and by the “Disclosure Framework and Assessment methodology”, both issued by the Committee on Payment and Settlement Systems (CPSS) and the Technical Committee of the International Organization of Securities Commissions (IOSCO).
the updated version of the “Frequently Asked Questions” document is available on demand upon a request to Post Trade Sales office (Salesteam@lseg.com).The document harmonizes and simplifies the process of completing questionnaires by allowing firms to use the “FAQ document” to conduct smooth, timely and less complex review of the Due Diligence Questionnaire. The document has been built with comprehensive answers and in accordance with the due diligence documents that CC&G has been asked to complete over time and therefore is meant to address all the most relevant important topics on this matter.
