London Stock Exchange welcomes Dixons Carphone plc to the Main Market
Following completion of the merger of Dixons Retail plc and Carphone Warehouse Group plc, today London Stock Exchange welcomes the combined Group, Dixons Carphone plc. New Dixons Carphone Shares have been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List for trading on the main market for listed securities of London Stock Exchange.
