London Stock Exchange welcomes ofo

Founded by five Peking University students in 2014, ofo is the world's first and largest station-free bicycle-sharing platform. ofo was created for sharing and aims to unlock every corner of the world by making bicycles accessible to everyone. To date, ofo has connected users to more than 8 million bicycles in 170 cities across nine countries, generated more than 25 million daily transactions and provided over 100 million global users with 3 billion efficient, convenient and green rides.

Leading the way on the responsible operation of bike sharing services, ofo is working with local authorities throughout the UK to ensure its service seamlessly integrates with existing cycling infrastructures. ofo is the first station-free platform operating in the UK to be awarded accreditation by Bikeplus, the UK representative body for bike sharing. A Living Wage employer, ofo also engages with the cycling community, and works with local bike shops to maintain its bikes.
