London Stock Exchange welcomes LUKOIL celebrating the 15th anniversary of the listing of its Shares and ADRs on the Main Market

Vagit Alekperov, President of PJSC "LUKOIL" today opened the trading at markets of the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Company’s ordinary shares and depositary receipts full secondary listing at the Exchange.

Vagit Alekperov, President of PJSC LUKOIL, said:
"I’m honoured to open the markets today to mark the fifteenth anniversary of LUKOIL's full listing at the London Stock Exchange. This was an important event for us back in 2002 that placed us alongside the global oil and gas majors and facilitated our access to the international capital markets. I'm also very pleased that our share price increased by three and a half times since then. Going forward we will continue to create the shareholder value."
