London Stock Exchange Group welcomes London Women's Forum
The London Women's Forum (LWF) is the network of choice for senior female leaders in London's Financial Services. Sponsored by some of the world's leading financial and professional services firms, London Women's Forum is led by senior women for senior women. LWF goals are fully aligned to those of the Women in Finance Charter. LWF was founded in 2004 (as City Women's Club) by a group of investment banks and has gone from strength to strength, now representing senior women across banking, asset management, professional services firms, as well as financial software, data and media companies.
LWF is uniquely placed to provide the support, pathways to professional and personal development and networking opportunities that our members need.
In 2018, LWF will further develop its role in thought leadership, amplifying the business case for increased gender diversity at senior levels of financial services organisations using the evidence, research, analysis and product development created by LWF member firms and other financial markets participants.
Marion Leslie, Chair of London Women's Forum, said:
"I am grateful to the LSE for hosting the launch of our 2018 programme of events – a fantastic venue to highlight the business case for change across industry. LWF is unique in its support for senior women in financial services and provides a voice for the hard evidence demonstrating links between gender diversity and economic results, innovation and better risk taking."
