Executive Chef, Daniel, and his team work with the very best ingredients, sourcing locally and taking inspiration from the changing seasons, to transform excellent produce into inspiring culinary creations. The result – a range of bold, vibrant dishes which offer something for every palate and appetite.

Meet the Team
Raj, General Manager
Experienced GM, Raj, has been at LSEG since 2012. He oversees all aspects of our food services, working with the chef and hospitality teams to ensure guests enjoy their time with us. Thanks to his impressive career in deluxe hotels, restaurants and pubs, Raj is an expert in creating excellent food experiences – he is a real expert when it comes to great food and wine. These skills, coupled with his strong academic background (he has an MBA and is a certified software tester), make him a great leader and manager.
Daniel, Executive Chef
Combining classical training with fresh ideas, Daniel brings a wealth of experience and innovation to the LSEG kitchen. His extensive hospitality career began in hotels and has seen him cater in members’ clubs and staff and private dining environments before taking on the lead role within the LSEG culinary team. Daniel is a passionate and motivational leader who loves to nurture passion and talent. He takes great pride in his team and their food and challenges them to keep bringing new concepts to the table.
Michael, Hospitality Manager
A long standing member of the team, Michael has enjoyed an impressive 20 years at LSEG. His role is to ensure guests enjoy excellent food and drink during their time with us. Working closely with Daniel and our chefs, he carefully plans out every event detail – from arrival to departure. His experience in the hospitality and tourism industries make him just the person to help plan and execute remarkable events.
Ben, Head Chef
Inspired by his mother’s Filipino cooking as a child, Ben grew up with food at the heart of his home life and was keen to make it his vocation. Starting out as a kitchen porter, he quickly climbed the career ladder and has clocked up over 20 years across hotel and restaurant environments. Now Head Chef at LSEG, Ben loves to bring his heritage to the kitchen and enjoys working with fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection.
Sid, Sous Chef
Globetrotter, Sid, has been a chef since leaving school, working in hotels, fine dining restaurants and international catering operations. His career took him around the world before he chose to settle with his family in London. Sid has since worked in different corporate food service settings, applying his skills and expertise across all sections of the kitchen.
