- LSEG creates authoritative people content through People Authority, giving customers a mastered record for individuals referenced across LSEG and third-party datasets. We help customers connect information about officers and directors, analysts, brokers, contacts and insiders through a consistent person entity framework.
- Our People Data assigns each mastered person record a unique, permanent PermID to support reliable linking across systems and datasets. LSEG uses critical identifying and descriptive attributes to help customers make broader and deeper connections about individuals.
- LSEG’s federated contribution model allows multiple content groups to reference, create and update people records through controlled mastering processes. We support standardised collection and concordance so customers can rely on a single authoritative person record across workflows.
- LSEG documents this dataset with 102 data dictionary rows, including key internal reuse and identifier-oriented fields that support governance and integration. We provide structured metadata to help customers manage mapping, lineage, identity resolution and downstream application use.
