London Stock Exchange's kitchen is operated by ‘boutique’ caterer Harbour & Jones and led by Head Chef Martin Rookard and Senior Sous Chef Gavin Chambers, both have worked with some of the most respected chefs in the UK, including Gordon Ramsay, Heston Blumenthal and Theo Randall.
With exceptionally high standards, they cook for our clients on a daily basis and offer everything from exquisite fine dining to bespoke buffet lunches and VIP breakfasts.
Our chefs create seasonal menus with a variety of options but can work with you to create a bespoke menu tailor-made for your event.
Harbour & Jones believe that great food comes from great ingredients and with a list of highly regarded suppliers they provide the best in seasonal British produce, cook it simply and let the food speak for itself.
Martin Rookard, Head Chef
With over 15 years experience cooking in some of Canary Wharf’s most well known financial buildings, Martin oversees all the menus keeping them on trend and refined. A keen beekeeper, he looks after hives in his hometown of Ingatestone in Essex producing honey which he also includes in many of his dishes. Growing his own vegetables and hunting his own game, Martin has an exceptional knowledge of produce and an impeccable pallet that he uses to create innovative and delicious dishes.
Gavin Chambers, Senior Sous Chef
Bringing wealth of experience from some of London's most impressive restaurants, Gavin's diverse cooking repertoire champions Modern British, European and Asian styles. Starting out at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, Gavin has taken on some truly prestigious roles including catering for the athletes during the 2012 Olympics, and overseeing hospitality at the British Grand Prix. Gavin is an active and passionate ambassador for Springboard; a charity dedicated to helping young people achieve their potential in food and hospitality, and he holds the firm belief that food should be made and delivered to exceptional standards, but should always put a smile on peoples faces, too.
