A new initiative by London Stock Exchange to create a global trading paradigm for cash equities International Board facilitates reciprocal trading arrangements between London Stock Exchange and other exchanges, enabling London Stock Exchange members to trade securities listed on other markets during London trading hours and conversely, members of other exchanges to trade London listed securities in their time zones. Singapore Exchange (SGX) is our first partner.
International Board is run as a Multilateral Trading Facility (MTF) under London Stock Exchange’s Recognised Investment Exchange statusand is regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

London Stock Exchange members are able to trade over 30 SGX-listed companies on International Board. These are constituents of Singapore’s leading indices - the FTSE Straits Times Index and MSCI Singapore Index. Similarly, SGX members will be able to trade FTSE 100 securities on SGX’s GlobalQuote Board, subject to regulatory approval.
